Purposes of Data Processing
We process personal data to: • respond to contact requests and enable consultation, • conduct participation in the sweepstakes (voluntary consent required), • operate the website technically secure and stable, • analyze and improve the use of the website (with self-hosted Umami), • manage and prove consents.
Categories of Personal Data
Depending on usage, the following data may be processed: • Basic data: First name, last name, language. • Contact data: Email address, phone number. • Consent data: Information on contact, email, and sweepstakes consents. • Usage data (Umami): Page views, clicks, referrer, device type, browser. • Sweepstakes data: Phone number and contact channel (only with voluntary opt-in).
Joint Controllership
screenable GmbH and the Continuing Education Consulting Schleswig-Holstein (ver.di-Forum Nord gGmbH) process data jointly in accordance with Art. 26 GDPR. Role distribution: • screenable GmbH: Data collection, technical implementation, consent management, data forwarding. • Consulting office: Contact, consultation, own deletion periods. Requests regarding data protection rights are centrally coordinated by screenable GmbH (Contact: hello@screenable.io).
Legal Basis
The following legal bases apply to data processing: • Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR: Contact requests, consultation. • Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR: Consents for contact, messenger, sweepstakes, and email communication. • Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR: Technically necessary processing, Local Storage, Umami analysis without profiling. • Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR: Proof of consents and legal obligations.
Analytics and Tracking (Umami)
We use Umami Analytics in self-hosted form on servers in Germany (Hetzner). Umami works without cookies and without personal profiling. Anonymous usage data such as page views, clicks, device information, and referrer are collected. Legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (interest in improving our website).
Email and Consent Management (Brevo)
For email sending, contact lists, and double opt-in, we use Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH). Processed data may include: First name, last name, email, phone number, language, talent type, and consents. Brevo processes data within the EU. A data processing agreement according to Art. 28 GDPR is in place.
Messenger Contact
If users consent, contact can be made via messenger services such as WhatsApp, Signal, or Threema. The phone number is transmitted together with the selected channel. The data protection regulations of the respective messenger services apply to further communication.
Cookies and Local Storage
We use only a few technically necessary cookies. Technologies used: • Cookie "i18n_redirected": Stores language preferences. • No cookies by Umami. • Local Storage: Storage of preferences exclusively in the user's browser. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (interest in user-friendly display and technical functionality).
Storage Duration
• Contact requests: Up to 24 months after completion of communication. • Sweepstakes data: Until the end of the sweepstakes plus necessary proof periods. • Consent evidence: Until the end of legal retention obligations. • Analysis data: Only anonymized; no personal data storage.
Rights of Data Subjects
Data subjects have the following rights: • Information about stored data, • Correction of incorrect data, • Deletion, • Restriction of processing, • Data portability, • Objection to processing based on legitimate interests, • Revocation of granted consents. Please send requests to: hello@screenable.io (Subject: Data Protection Request). There is also a right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority of Schleswig-Holstein (ULD).
Minors
The offer is not directed at persons under 16 years of age. If we receive corresponding data, it will be deleted immediately.
Data Security
All data is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). The servers are located in Germany, and access is restricted to authorized persons only. Technical and organizational measures are in place to secure the data.
Changes to This Notice
This privacy notice will be updated as necessary. The current version is available on our website at any time.
